I am a graduate of Howard Brinton’s Listing Specialist University, where we learned advanced customer service techniques and networked with 120 of the nation’s top real estate professionals from across the continent.
I earned the advanced real estate designation of “Certified Residential Specialist”, an honor held by less than 4% of Realtors nationwide. This requires mastery of marketing techniques, real estate investment knowledge, relocation expertise and new home sales. I also earned the designation of “New Homes Marketing Specialist” which means I learned the intricacies of advising builders and clients in the field of new construction.
Before real estate, I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1995, with majors in Political Science and Communications.
I study market data and improve my negotiating skills through seminars, books and online study. These things cost a lot of money, but I spend the money because you're worth it to me.
